This unit has a private, direct, open air entrance minimizing your contact with others. It is located about 9 miles (15 minutes), inland from the coast.

This Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, two-story condo sits in a small complex in the uplands of Waikoloa Hills located in Waikoloa Village. This location is a great base to explore the island.

Waikoloa Hills is located across the street from The Village (Golf) Course at Waikoloa and is within walking distance to the nearby shopping complex that includes a grocery store, restaurants, a coffee shop and soon to be completed New shopping center developement. This condo development also boasts an excellent amenity center that includes a heated swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor grill and dining area.

The first floor layout includes the kitchen with all new appliances and a comfortable living room area with cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan. Step out of the living room to a cozy covered lanai to grill up some fresh island fish on the BBQ and dine al fresco as you enjoy the views of Mauna Kea and upland areas from the patio table and seating area. Although there is a propane fireplace in the unit it is rarely used or needed.

When you retire for the evening, upstairs you will find the primary bedroom suite cooled by a ceiling fan. This room has a queen bed, full bath, and a small adjoining porch. If you need it, there is a portable A/C unit in this bedroom. The second, guest bedroom upstairs also has a queen bed cooled by a ceiling fan, offers a small porch with a mountain view and a full bathroom with tub/shower down the hall. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor, in the hallway.

Guest at Waikoloa Hills condos offers a discounted golf rate at the The Village (Golf) Course at Waikoloa as well as access to the Village tennis courts and pool.

For avid golfers, from this Waikoloa Hills location you are a short drive from the championship beach golf courses of Mauna Kea, Hapuna, Mauna Lani, as well as Waikoloa Kings and Beaches Courses. Of if you prefer, drive further and enjoy the mountain golf courses at Big Island Country Club or Makalei Golf Course.

If being in the ocean is more your thing, you are a 10-12 minute drive (6-8 miles) from some of Hawaii's best sandy beaches that include Hapuna, A-Bay, Beach-69, and Spencer. In addition, you will find a wide range of shops and restaurants such as the Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops located in the nearby resorts of Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea, Marriott and Hilton Waikoloa.

For your convenience, available with this unit are beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The Waikoloa Hills amenity center has an on site pool and hot tub. You will also have access to the the Waikoloa Associations golf course (for a discounted fee), pool and tennis.

Important Disclosures
The condo is a two-story with bedrooms and bathrooms on second floor so this will not be suitable for children under 5 years of age. All guest must agree to and conform with, quiet hours as mandated by Hawaii County (Good Neighbor Policy) from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. during which time the noise from the unit shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

There is also only 1 parking spot for each unit, any other vehicles can find street parking or guest parking if it is available.
