Great location and very well set up condo. Clean and had everything we needed for a perfect family holiday!

5 Stars ~ We had a ten day trip with our adult children and their partners. This place was amazing - just short of perfect. The property is clean, private, quiet and serene. We have no real complaints - our stay was easy, we were comfortable and all of the tools, equipment and toys included with the rental made things so convenient. The kitchen is stocked with many of the things you really dont want to buy on vacation, the BBQ and outdoor kitchen is fabulous, and the storage locker is full of goodies for your daytime adventures. The pool in the townhouse complex is convenient and was rarely busy. It is an easy walk to the nearby grocery store and there are restaurants and a coffee shop in the complex. The townhouse is much closer to the Fairmont hotel than the Auberge hotel at Mauna Lani - if you go for meals at Auberge youll probably want to drive. The beach club is quite a long walk (or a run), so you need to drive if you are bringing gear. We preferred the black sand beach (which you will pass on the road to the beach club) - it is public but attendance is limited to the number of parking spots so it is like a private beach. We had a lot of fun snorkeling, swimming and hanging out there. The location is good for trips into Kona and across the island to Hilo for activities - highways are easy to access. You will not be disappointed with OluOlu!

It was a lovely rental that worked well for our group, and we loved having the access to the beach club. It was only a short distance to a black sand beach and other really nice beaches that were not crowded. Access to the marketplace was convenient as well. The hot tub, pool, and grounds were maintained excellently. There were many items available in the storage shed. Anything we needed was rectified immediately.

We were overwhelmed by the amenities this unit provided. We have stayed at countless rentals on every island and this was by far the best. The kitchen cabinets were fully stocked, bathrooms had countless towels and personal items. Bedrooms had so many extra pillows and blankets. Laundry room stocked with beach towels and cleaning supplies. Storage room with bikes, surf board, boogie board, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and more. The furnishings were beautiful. The pool area was fantastic. By far the best amenity was access to the private beach club. We didnt want to leave.

upon arriving I contacted Jay about additional parking pass (we had two cars) and he immediately offered to drive one over to us. If that's not service with a purpose, I don't know what is.

Location,Location,Location. Also, excellent service from Jay, could easily reach him. Pool Jacuzzi was also fabulous!

You guys are so responsive and quick. We had an issue with the dishwasher and you guys were on it! I think I ran into Tiffany at the end of the stay as I was putting the pool key back and she was the sweetest person and so kind.

We absolutely loved Olu'Olu at the Mauna Lani Fairways. We've stayed at many Fairways properties and this might be our favorite! Location is amazing and close to the pool, but far enough where we don't hear anything. The lanai in the back is nice and secluded with comfortable lounge chairs. The home was well stocked and extremely clean. The property management company leaves a basket full of goodies which was such a great added touch! We will definitely be staying again when we're back on the island.

5/5 You will love this place! We rented #905 in the Fairways at Mauna Lani and could not have been happier. The property is located in a great area close to restaurants, a grocery store and many other activities. We especially liked the private beach club access the rental includes. This beach has great snorkeling, a very nice bar/restaurant and shaded lounge chairs. The property was set up with everything we needed and exceeded our expectations as far as supplies, decor, cleanliness, etc.

5/5 AMAZING! The place is way better than the pictures. Great location near the Fairmont and shops. Great amenities. Ceilings were so high we felt fancy. Great communication. Highly recommended!

Great location, comfy, well-appointed home. 5 out of 5 stars! We love the location within the Mauna Lane resort complex, close to groceries, restaurants and beaches.

This home had incredible furnishings and decor...tasteful and unified. We enjoyed our stay and used all amenities. We especially enjoyed snorkeling at the Mauna Lani Beach Club which offers a well protected area that has good water visibility when many other west shore areas suffered due to a winter swell. We enjoyed using the well equipped kitchen and appreciated the location. This resort is near a nice shopping center with great restaurants and interesting art galleries. Thank you! Of all airbnb homes that we have visited, your place had the nicest furnishings and decor...lovely and sumptuous.

Wonderful. Great place for a family get away. Very quiet and children friendly and an amazing backyard lanai. Got to listen and see beautiful birds every morning. Well equipped kitchen and grill. Plenty of bath and beach towels. The private beach is perfect - great for kids small waves, but not loud and rowdy. Highly recommend this place.

This place had everything that a second home could offer. The only thing that it needed was our own food. The back patio was awesome and grilling was such a pleasure. The beds and linen were plentiful and we didnt want for nothing. We would definitely return to this home for future stays and would highly recommend this to anyone. This resort had everything to offer and the beach club was wonderful.

We absolutely enjoyed this property! It was very spacious and homey at the same time! It was the perfect location for participating in the Lavaman Triathlon and having your whole family and grandparents with you. I could ride my bike and run easily from this location. The pool was so clean, large, and never crowded. We enjoyed the lanai very much because it felt private. It was also easy to try out many different beaches from this location. The only unfortunate thing that happened was the washing machine broke, which was somewhat difficult because we packed light knowing we had a washer and dryer. We were provided a laundry service, which was nice. Also the grill was only half functioning. We appreciated the prompt reply and attempts to alleviate the appliance problems! If we come back to Kona I would definitely stay here again. ~ Jenna

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It had ample space, and tons of extras! Linens, pillows, toiletries, beach gear, and many more. We had a couple questions, and we emailed and got immediate responses from the management company which made our stay that much easier. Perfect location for all types of travelers.

The house is located in a gated community, close to the shops and the beaches. We were provided access key to the private Mauna Lani Resort sandy beach with cabanas and a great restaurant. You can snorkel right there as well, especially in the morning, when water is crystal clear. It is an excellent beach for everybody, especially for families. The house has everything you need for your vacation, and Pattie is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. All rooms are spacious and pretty quiet. I highly recommend this awesome place for your next vacation!
