Credit Cards are accepted , for more than a month stays you can do a money transfer via the bank.

$75.00 Reservation Fee, $150.00 change fee, $200.00 Cancellation Fee

All properties are smoke free

5-10 Night minimum stay required, some condos and town homes allow for 3 night only

Special restrictions and rates for holiday rentals (Christmas, Thanksgiving & Easter)
- Security deposit is required to confirm reservation and is non-refundable 120 days prior to check-in.
- Full amount of rent is due and non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in.
- All rates subject to 13.42% Hawaii State Tax
- Rental rates and tax are subject to change
- Check-in time is 3:00PM, check-out time is 11:00AM, late check outs require 1/2 day rent. Early check in may be available
- Events and Weddings may be available upon request. Special restrictions apply, most homes will not allow any kind of event or party.
